Grief is the normal and natural response to loss. As a CGCS I help the grieving and bereaved to understand the grieving process by utilizing tools that will guide them to healing from loss. Sessions are designed to promote emotional release to help facilitate movement to an improved quality of life. I offer support and strategies that will help you cope with specific responses to loss be it emotional, social, spiritual, or physical.
Clients are offered support and strategies to help cope with their losses. My areas of interest include (but not limited to): the death of a loved one, spousal caregivers, loss of health, end of a relationship, loss of trust. Strategies are offered to the clients that allow them to examine and to explore their feelings. Grief is not linear, there is no one way to grief nor steps that must be in any specific order to help you navigate the grieving process.
PROVIDE OTHER NECESSARY RESOURCES THAT WILL PROMOTE HEALING STRATEGIES AND SUCCESSFUL NAVIGATION DURING THE GRIEVING PROCESS.
